Additional EU rules

There are other rules that apply to chemical products and substances in the sphere of responsibility of the Swedish Chemicals Agency. The rules aim to reduce the risk of harm to human health and the environment.

They are, for example, rules for certain products, substances and articles such as

• paints and varnishes - VOC
• persistent organic pollutants - POP
• product safety
• sulphur in marine fuel
• toys
• waste directive - SCIP
