From 1986 until today, the Swedish Chemicals Agency has been producing a large number of knowledge-based compilations in the form of memos and reports. Many of these concern chemicals affecting and threatening public health and the environment.
Brochures and leaflets
Our brochures and folders for example provide guiding advice about the use of chemical substances or products and how to interpret the rules on chemicals. They also give information on our activities both in Sweden and internationally.
Enforcement reports
The enforcement reports provide information on results from enforcement projects, practical enforcement and plans for market control and guidance.
Fact sheets
Our fact sheets contain advice about rules on chemicals and help to you who are an importer, manufacturer, salesperson or user of chemical Products or other articles containing chemicals. The fact sheets are also useful to municipality officers.
Guidance on national chemicals control for other countries
This series of guidance documents cover issues important for national chemicals control. Examples of areas that will be covered are sustainable financing, legislation, information about chemicals and companies, hazard and risk assessment, risk management and enforcement.

Quantities of sold pesticides
The quantities of pesticides sold have been published since 1979. The Swedish Chemicals Agency took over responsibility for presenting these figures from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency in 1985.
