If you have submitted a correct e-mail address when registering, you should have received an e-mail. Make certain that the e-mail has not gotten stuck in a spam filter or ended up in the trash bin. You can try to register your e-mail again if you suspect that it might have registered an incorrect e-mail address.

Yes, consultants can register one account and use it to report for several companies.

Yes, a commercial agent can do the reporting on behalf of their customer(s). Make sure that all your products are included or if there are some products that you need to register on your own.

Yes, you can have several users with different access credentials. We encourage all companies to have at least two users registered to be on the safe side. New users can be registered for each company by the user with the company administrator privileges.

Exceptional opening hours

The Products Register e-mail and telephone support will be closed from July 8 until July 26. The web-portal will be open all summer and you will find help and user support in the Guide to the Web-portal.
