Swedish transitional rules on biocides

The EU Biocidal Products Regulation applies since 1 September 2013 and regulates the making available on the market and use of biocidal products. Many active substances occurring in biocidal products are currently evaluated within the EU Review Programme. As long as the review evaluation is going on, Swedish, national rules apply.
