Here you can find a few frequently asked questions or send your own question to the Swedish Chemicals Agency Helpdesk.
We primarily answer questions about responsibilities and obligations within the Agency’s field of chemicals legislation. We cannot respond to questions about the contents of individual products or assess the risk of a particular use of a product.
If you have questions about a specific product we recommend you to contact the company where you purchased it. A company that places a product on the market is responsible for the contents of the product and how to safely use it.
You may also call us on phone number +468 519 41 111, Monday–Wednesday and Friday 09:00–11:00, Thursday 13:00–15:00. We may not be able to give comprehensive answers directly on the phone. Therefore, it may be better to send us your question by using the webform below.
From 25 June to 3 August, the telephone line is closed. The response time for written questions may be longer than the seven working days that are usually our goal.
