Phase-out substance: complex hydrocarbons (not always valid)
This is a substance with particularly hazardous properties. According to the Swedish environmental quality objective A Non-Toxic Environment, decided by the Swedish Government, the use of particularly hazardous substances shall as far as possible cease. Some of these substances are already banned in various uses.
Note that this substance belongs to the group complex hydrocarbons. There are some exemptions for complex hydrocarbons if the mixture itself is not classified as carcinogenic in the CLP Regulation 1272/2008.
