Questions and answers
If you have submitted a correct e-mail address when registering, you should have received an e-mail. Make certain that the e-mail has not gotten stuck in a spam filter or ended up in the trash bin. You can try to register your e-mail again if you suspect that you might have registered an incorrect e-mail address.
Yes, a commercial agent can do the reporting on behalf of their customer(s). Make sure that all your products are included or if there are some products that you need to register on your own.
Yes, you can have several users with different access credentials. We encourage all companies to have at least two users registered to be on the safe side. New users can be registered for each company by the user with the company administrator privileges.
