Rapport 1/24: Förslag på revidering av tillstånds- och begränsningsprocesserna i Reach-förordningen

This report aims to provide the Swedish government with a basis for raising important issues at the EU level when a revision of the EU's chemicals legislation, the REACH regulation, becomes relevant. The report proposes possible ways forward for the authorization and restriction processes with the aim of achieving the objectives of REACH, to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment, ensure the free movement of substances and promote competitiveness and innovation.

Rapport 2/24: Dokumentationskrav för användning av växtskyddsmedel

Article 67 of the EU Plant Protection Product Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009, requires professional users to keep records of their use of plant protection products. The Swedish Government has commissioned the Swedish Chemicals Agency to develop various options for how the application of record keeping requirements should work in Sweden. The assignment includes analysing alternatives for digital management of documentation, systems that are easy to use and make it easy for the user to follow the demands in question in a correct manner. The assignment has been carried out in collaboration with the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
