2020

In 2010 the Government of Sweden assigned the Agency to prepare and implement an action plan for a non-toxic everyday environment for the period 2011–2014. The assignment was extended twice; for the periods 2015–2017 and 2018–2020. In this report we present the results and outcomes of our work with the action plan in 2018–2020. We are also looking back at the entire ten-year period which is the basis for results and outcomes in 2020.

In this report, the Swedish Chemicals Agency presents the results of the government assignment from 2017 on the mapping of hazardous chemical substances. The purpose of the assignment was to gain increased and more accessible knowledge of the presence of hazardous chemical substances in materials, articles and chemical products that are not yet restricted within the EU. In total, the work has resulted in ten different mapping projects that have been reported on an ongoing basis in reports and memoranda on the Swedish Chemicals Agency's website.
