Report 4/92: Principles for identifying unacceptable pesticides

The purpose of this report is to describe when the Swedish Chemicals Agency considers a pesticide to be unacceptable from a health and environmental protection standpoint on the basis of its intrinsic properties. These principles are also meant to facilitate a uniform and efficient handling of applications for approval.
