Online-courses on chemicals management

The Swedish Chemicals Agency offers online-courses to improve knowledge of chemicals management. The courses are mainly intended to assist national officers and key stakeholders that are working with national chemicals control in their countries.

Interactive online-courses on GHS and sustainable financing

The Swedish Chemicals Agency has developed two new interactive courses. The courses are easy to access and provide a self-paced learning. The courses take about 1 hour each to complete and a course certificate is issued after a final test. At the moment, the courses are only available in English.

This course gives a general introduction to the Globally Harmonised System for classification and labelling of chemicals – the GHS. It provides you with an overall knowledge of the system, the actors involved in implementing it and the benefits it brings to chemicals control in your country.

This course is intended for managers in national authorities of countries that want to improve their regulation of pesticides. You will learn which elements are needed for a robust regulatory system for pesticides and which options there are to finance it sustainably.

To attend a course, you can browse the course catalogue in our training portal, choose a course and register.
