I have registered an account but I haven’t received any confirmation e-mail with a link. What could be wrong?
If you have submitted a correct e-mail address when registering, you should have received an e-mail. Make certain that the e-mail has not gotten stuck in a spam filter or ended up in the trash bin. You can try to register your e-mail again if you suspect that it might have registered an incorrect e-mail address.
Can a user report for several companies, e.g. in the role as a consultant or commercial agent?
Yes, consultants can register one account and use it to report for several companies.
Can our foreign commercial agent report in the web portal?
Yes, foreign companies can use log in by SMS verification.
Can several users report for one company?
Yes, you can have several users with different access credentials. We encourage all companies to have at least two users registered to be on the safe side. New users can be registered for each company by the user with the company administrator privileges.
