- Form fields are not always correctly linked to their labels.
- Semantic HTML is not used consistently.
- ARIA attributes are used inconsistently or incorrectly.
- Technical attributes and structures are, in some cases, poorly implemented.
- Dynamic content is updated without this always being communicated to assistive technologies.
