New enterprise: new in business.
Manufacturer and importer:
- Manufacturing or importing chemical products to Sweden.
- Manufacturing or importing articles containing chemical products.
- Changing the name of a product.
User of chemical products:
- User of chemical products and articles containing chemical products in the business.
- Purchaser of chemical products.
Retailer:
- Retailing chemical products or articles containing chemicals to private consumers.
- Owner of a shop, store, selling on the internet or by mail order.
Commercial agent:
- Commercial agent for chemical products.
- Reporting chemical products to the products register instead of the person responsible for the import to Sweden.
