At the beginning of each year, the Swedish Chemicals Agency distributes a Receipt List (Kvittenslista) of products to be signed by the companies reporting products to the Products Register.
The Receipt List, new notifications and changes in product composition data must be submitted to the Products Register by 28 February. It is important to be aware of this date in order to avoid paying an environmental sanction charge.
The documents must be signed by the legally responsible person, usually the authorised signatory.
