Basis for further guidance on implementation of the REACH obligations to provide information on substances of very high concern, SVHCs, in articles.

REACH requires producers/importers/­suppliers of articles to provide information on SVHC contents to ECHA (Art. 7.2), and to recipients and consumers (Art. 33).

The extended guidance on the implementation of these obligations shall focus on how to apply the 0.1% information trigger limit on complex articles, and how companies can gather the information needed to be able to provide information, what information to provide, and how to transmit and present the information.

Deadline for submission is 8 December 2011.

Simplified procurements initiated by the Swedish Chemicals Agency (KemI) are also published in the database Allego (Anbudsjournalen).

Make tenders in the form of a written original, signed by the responsible signatory for the firm, in a sealed envelope, marked in the upper, left corner with the denotation and registration number of the tender.

Send tenders by e-mail within the time of tender to  kemi@kemi.se. A written  original in accordance with the above particulars must be provided at the latest on the day after a tender was sent by e-mail.
